Find Acrobat Jobs

I have 4 Portfolios that are all working. One portfolio has 1 form, one has 2, one has 3 and the other has 4. All forms are writeable and signable (I use a Topaz Model T-S460-HSB signature pad.) I need the one form extracted from the single portfolio and made to work as a stand-alone form. Then I need the other 3 portfolios converted (bundled?) to work on an iPad.
