Find Ad Flagging Jobs

I need a Craigs List Auto flag Program. I need the program to scan/scrape for private proxies By keyword by geo location and then keep them in a list so each proxy can flag 1 time per ad or I that I be able to manually declare my private http proxies I have purchased.
