Seeking a web designer who can help design a nice Flash Banner to be used for a Xenforo forum. A great example is http://www.animea.net/forums/ I would like something like that. Please PM me for my forum URL so you can match our design! We require you to provide us with the Flash files so we can edit it ourself after. I have a few ideas but I really like the moving balls.
