I am looking to duplicate an existing site using Wordpress as the CMS platform. The website I would like to duplicate in terms of looks is http://www.mortgagechamps.com/ I would like the website to be built using the Catalyst Framework so that I can make slight adjustments/customizations later. The "Lead Generation" (contact) form I want needs to be built using the CForms II Plugin.
