    I need to have tmp directory fixed on the server because I can't upload nothing and uploader won't show up. 2. All of these are installed but are not showing there in system check panel, I guess also the open_basedir needs to be set, and I have no idea why my server deletes the .htaccess file after I upload it.

    My site is using clipshare, with multiple servers. The main server and the conversion server. The main server only stores image files and the conversion server will store the flv files. I need someone to help me customize the conversion process on the conversion to use 2 pass encoding, with h264 codec.
