Find CMS System Jobs

We have an old, static website for which we would want to add a standard header and footer (which we have) as well as an admin page that allows the administrator to insert snippets of code (e.g. text, HTML, JavaScript, etc.) at various points on each page. We would also like to make sure that none of these pages have any HTML errors.
