Find Heander Menu Jobs

I am looking for someone to add Categories and Subcats to the header menu in open cart here is the link on how to do it http://forum.opencart.com/viewtopic.php?f=21&t=6651 So if you look at the photo i have posted when they mouse over products it would drop down the categories and when we add a new category it will update the menu I also need you to move the menu to match the image i have posted
