Find Ikiclassifieds Jobs

need the mapping feature on ikiclassifieds changed so user can input address and it will show up on map. right now, user has to navigate google maps and click on map to select location - very cumbersome. should be an easy fix for someone who knows what they are doing. website is: www.ikiclassifieds.com view demo and go to post ad to see how mapping works now vs. what is being requested.
